## **Abstract**

ROI Labs introduces an onchain infrastructure that redefines asset utility and ownership in Web3. Our protocol enables users to **lock assets onchain**, ensuring that even when seed phrases are imported into other wallets, the assets remain secure and untransferable unless explicitly released by the ROI system. At the same time, ROI Labs unlocks new dimensions of utility, allowing users to borrow, stake, and interact with their locked assets across Web3 applications.
